- Is the will legally binding? Yes. Follow the signing instructions for your will to be legally valid across Australia.
- How long does it take? Many people finish in 15 minutes.
- Can couples make a joint will? No. Each partner completes their own will. Please note: Spouses must be a Prime Super member to access this Willed service.
- Can I add Power of Attorney? Yes. You can add it in Willed at an extra cost.
- What happens after 13th November 2025? The service is no longer included as part of your Prime Super membership, however members will still get 20% off.
- Who helps if I get stuck? Members can access Willed's phone and chat support and if required, have their will reviewed by in-house lawyers.

Keep your super beneficiaries up to date
